On April 28, the ready-mixed concrete project of China Cement Plant Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "China Plant") was completed and put into operation. It marks the successful layout of commercial mixed track in China, optimizes existing resources, speeds up the pace of transformation and upgrading, and further promotes the construction of circular economy industrial park in China.
It is understood that the commercial mixing project was completed by China Factory and Nanjing Yingchuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Yingchuang"). Utilizing the existing site, market, capital and other resources of the Chinese factory, and combining with the A-level qualification, industry, social experience and other resources of Nanjing Yingchuang, a green recycling base for construction waste disposal will be built. The base mainly includes two projects, of which the pre-mixed concrete project is independently invested and constructed by the Chinese factory, and the annual production capacity is expected to be about 1.2 million cubic meters; the construction waste disposal center is independently invested and constructed by Nanjing Yingchuang, which will reach the standard of Class A disposal center in Nanjing. The establishment of green recycling base for
construction waste disposal shows that Chinese factories actively implement the new concept of "green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan", and implement the new requirements of "new situation of government environmental protection, new pattern of urban development and new direction of industrial upgrading". This cooperation, on the premise of complying with laws, regulations, policies and industry norms, gives full play to the complementary advantages of both sides and jointly completes the construction of green recycling base for construction waste disposal, which not only effectively improves the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese factories in the market, but also contributes to the development of regional environmental protection and the construction of waste-free cities.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Chinese factory, the project relies on the advantages of cement resources and mine land resources of the Chinese factory company, and through the project of machine-made sand and aggregate for waste recycling, it can greatly reduce the cost of concrete production, and the products will have more competitive advantages after they are put into the market. Or will further enhance the local cement market share of Chinese factories. In addition, with the help of transportation advantages, commercial mixed products produced by Chinese factories can radiate to Qixia District of Nanjing, Jurong City of Zhenjiang, Dantu District and other places, and rely on the construction of projects such as Zidong New Area and Longtan New Town to promote the effective exertion of production capacity.
