According to reports, this year, municipal projects in Shuangyang District have been started at many points and pushed forward at full speed. Twenty-eight municipal projects are planned to be launched, and 10 projects have been fully resumed.

Shuangyang District continues to steadily improve the level of landscape greening, strengthen fine maintenance and management, and beautify the courtyard. Since February, the management of pruning, impurity removal, plant protection and illegal occupation of green space has been carried out successively. The greening maintenance and management of 72 (96) courtyards without property management has been carried out. The second and third phase parks of Shixi River Landscape Belt have been put into use one after another. Huatai Square, Baihuaxi Wetland Park and Lucheng Park have been resumed one after another. Greening renovation and upgrading were carried out in 18 streets, 2 squares and 1 pocket park in the urban area. The green area of Shuangyang District increased by 223100 square meters, the urban green space rate reached 41.5%, the green coverage rate reached 46.5%, and the per capita green area reached 19.98 square meters.

At the same time, Shuangyang District continued to vigorously promote the solution of people's housing problems, the implementation of housing projects, the granting of housing rental subsidies to 1409 households, a total of 2.02 million yuan. 486 households were resettled, and the resettlement area was 38000 square meters. Two government-built relocation housing projects have been fully started, and 1561 relocated residents in Tongyang Road are expected to move in in August this year.

In addition, in terms of public facilities, Shuangyang District has increased investment in capital and technology. The gas supply network of the whole region is 307 kilometers, with a daily gas supply of 60000 cubic meters. We will continue to promote the renovation of water plants and old pipe networks, and deal with 67 maintenance leaks.
