By 2025, through the construction of the National Technology Center, 6 regional technology centers and 20 regional disposal centers, we will enhance the basic research capacity of hazardous waste eco-environmental risk provention and control, the research and development capacity of utilization and disposal technology, and the technical support capacity of management and decision-making, so as to provide basic guarantee and demonstration for the utilization and disposal of hazardous waste, especially special types of hazardous waste.
