Jingshan Light Machine announced that Shengcheng Photovoltaic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently signed daily sales contracts with Jingke Energy (Haining) Co., Ltd. and Shangrao Jingke Photovoltaic Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

On May 10, Jingshan Light Machine announced that Shengcheng Photovoltaic , a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, had recently signed a daily sales contract with Jingke Energy (Haining) Co., Ltd. and Shangrao Jingke Photovoltaic Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The total contract amount is approximately RMB444 million (tax inclusive), accounting for 9.11% of the audited operating revenue of the Company in 2022 and 13.57% of the audited operating revenue of Shengcheng Photovoltaic in 2022. The subject matter of the

contract is pendulum string machine, folding welding machine, automatic gumming machine, automatic assembly line and laminating machine equipment.

The announcement shows that this order is expected to have a positive impact on the operating performance of Jingshan Light Machine in 2023 or in the future. Jingshan Light Machine will recognize revenue in the corresponding accounting period according to the contract requirements and the principle of revenue recognition (ultimately subject to the company's periodic reports audited by accountants).
