On May 10, Hubei Energy Group issued a feasibility analysis report on the use of funds raised by issuing convertible corporate bonds to non-specific targets. According to
the report, the company intends to raise no more than 6 million yuan (including) by issuing convertible corporate bonds to unspecified targets.
Hubei Energy Yicheng Dongwan 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project
The project is located in Dongwan Village, Yicheng City, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, and the central point of the site is about 32km away from the urban area of Yicheng City. The main body of the project is Hanyi New Energy Co., Ltd. of Hubei Energy Group, and the total installed capacity of the project is 100MW. The total investment of the project is RMB 471,814,700 yuan, of which RMB 100 million yuan is planned to be raised.
(II) Xiangzhou Yushan Phase I 100MW Agricultural-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Station Project
of Hanjiang Energy Company is located in Yushan Town, Xiangzhou District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. The center of the site is about 12 km away from Yushan Town and 23 km away from Yicheng City. The main body of the project is Hanjiang Energy Development Co., Ltd. of Hubei Energy Group, and the total installed capacity of the project is 100MW. The total investment of the project is 554.0469 million yuan, and 300 million yuan of the raised fund is planned to be used.
(III) Hubei Energy Group Jianli Wangqiao 100MW Optical Storage and Fishery Integrated Power Station Project
The proposed site is located in Wangqiao Town, Jianli City, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. The main body of the project is Jianli New Energy Co., Ltd. of Hubei Energy Group, and the total installed capacity of the project is 100MW. The total investment of the project is 519.4794 million yuan, and 250 million yuan of the raised fund is planned to be used.
(IV) Hubei Energy Group Xiangzhou Huangji Phase I 100MW Wind Power Project The
proposed site is located about 12 km north of Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. The main body of the project is Hanjiang Energy Development Co., Ltd. of Hubei Energy Group. The total installed capacity of the project is planned to be 100MW. It is planned to design and install 20 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 5MW. The total investment of the project is RMB 653,744,700 yuan, of which RMB 500 million yuan is planned to be raised.
(V) Shouyi New Energy Nankou Town, Shishou City 100MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project
The proposed project site is located in Nankou Town, Shishou City, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. The main body of the project is Shishou Shouyi New Energy Co., Ltd., and the total installed capacity of the project is 100MW. The total investment of the project is 531.685 million yuan, and 200 million yuan of the raised fund is planned to be used.
(VI) The proposed site of Tianmen Tiansheng Wind Farm Phase II
Project is located in the eastern area of Tianmen City, Hubei Province, about 24 kilometers away from the center of Tianmen City. The main body of the project is Tianmen Tiansheng Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. The total installed capacity of the project is planned to be 100MW, and 19 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 5.27 MW are planned to be installed. The total investment of the project is RMB 777,529,600 yuan, and the raised fund of RMB 100 million yuan is planned to be used.
(VII) Xianma Zongdian Xishui County Xima 100M W Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Generation Project
The proposed project site is located in Xishui County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province, about 30 km away from Xishui County. The main body of the project is Xishui County Xianma Zongdian New Energy Co., Ltd., and the total installed capacity of the project is 100MW. The total investment of the project is RMB 423,234,600 yuan, of which RMB 200,000,000 yuan is planned to be raised.
Gaoruida New Energy Qianjiang Gaoshibei Town 100MW Fishing-photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project
The proposed project site is located in Yanhe Village, Gaoshibei Town, Qianjiang City, Hubei Province. The main body of the project is Qianjiang Gao20 Ruida New Energy Co., Ltd., and the total installed capacity of the project is 100MW. The total investment of the project is 537.7454 million RMB yuan, of which 350 million RMB yuan is planned to be raised.
(9) Hubei Luotian Pingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station Project
Hubei Luotian Pingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station is located in Jiuzihe Town, Luotian County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province. The upper reservoir is located in the intermountain basin of Pingyuan Forest Farm on the right bank of Tiantang River, and the lower reservoir is located in the river section from Tiantang River II Power Station to Tiantang River IV Power Station 22. The dam site of the lower reservoir is located about 70 m downstream of the dam site of Tiantang IV Hydropower Station. The power station is about 90km away from Wuhan City and about 90km away from Wuhan Daoguanhe 500 kV Substation. The main body of the project is Luotian Pingyuan Pumped Storage Co., Ltd. of Hubei Energy Group. The total installed capacity of the project is planned to be 1,400 MW. Four reversible pump-turbine generator units with a single unit capacity of 350 MW are installed. The total investment of the project is 9,309,872,900 yuan, and the raised funds are planned to be 3 million yuan.
