In the early morning of the 5th, Wang Zhihua and his delegation went to Sichuan Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. to investigate the situation of pollution prevention and control. Sichuan Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. has built three cement production lines, with an annual output of 6 million tons of "Yangfang" cement. In 2022, 25 million yuan will be invested to upgrade the flue gas denitrification system at the kiln tail of 2 # production line to achieve the A-level emission level. In 2023, more than 50 million yuan will be invested to upgrade the flue gas denitrification system at the kiln tail of 1 # and 3 # production lines. After the project is put into operation, the enterprise will fully reach the A-level emission level of performance. Wang Zhihua inspected the production and pollutant discharge of Line 3 # on the spot, and went to Line 2 # to check the deep treatment of nitrogen oxides.
Subsequently, Wang Zhihua went to Juna GW-level catalytic electrode plant project for hydrogen production by water electrolysis to investigate the development of hydrogen energy industry. Located in Chengdu New Material Industry Functional Zone, the project will fill the gap of key materials and high-end equipment for hydrogen production in Pengzhou hydrogen energy industry chain "production, storage and transportation", and is an important link in building a strong chain of hydrogen energy industry, helping Chengdu build a "green hydrogen capital". Wang Zhihua listened to the report on the development of hydrogen energy industry in Pengzhou.
After that, Wang Zhihua went to Chengdu Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology for investigation. Chengdu Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology is a new research and development institution jointly built by Dalian University of Technology, Pengzhou Municipal Government and Chengdu Petrochemical Park, focusing on the development of green low-carbon industries in Pengzhou and Chengdu. We will promote the industrial application of advanced technologies in high-end chemicals, functional new materials, new energy sources focusing on hydrogen energy, carbon neutralization, biomedicine and other fields, as well as the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. Wang Zhihua visited the exhibition hall of Chengdu Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology and got a detailed understanding of the electrolyzer technology system of water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment of Chengdu Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology.
