On December 27, with the first batch of large trucks loaded with production equipment of HJT component production line, Quanwei Science and Technology Sixian Base in Anhui Province will formally enter the stage of equipment installation and adjustment.
According to the plan, the total investment of Anhui base is about 10 billion yuan, and the first and second phase projects have used an area of 600 mu, of which the construction area is about 450000 square meters. After the completion of the project, the "5 + 5 + 5" high-efficiency production capacity will be realized. The first phase of the project will be mainly used for the production of 5G W 20 BB and 0 BB ultra-high-efficiency heterojunction modules, as well as 5G W large-size ultra-thin silicon wafer slices. The second phase of the project is mainly used to produce 5G W heterojunction cells. At present, the first phase construction of Sixian Base in Anhui Province has been basically completed, and it has entered the stage of equipment installation and commissioning, and is expected to be put into operation in March 2024. The second phase of the project is also under intensive construction.
According to the plan, a total of 738 sets of process equipment will be added in the two phases of the project, including three new production plants, one turnover warehouse, power station, substation, wastewater treatment station and supporting R & D office center (office area of 5390 square meters), exhibition center, bulk gas station, special gas station, chemical supply station and other auxiliary facilities.
At the same time, Quanwei Science and Technology Sixian Base in Anhui Province has also built the first "Digital Intelligent Control Command Center" in Anhui Province and the industry. The establishment of "Intelligent Control Command Center" is a new mode for Quanzhou to lead the industry's intelligent and digital production for scientific and technological innovation.
