On May 8, Shanxi Energy Bureau issued a notice on the proposed abolition of 19 wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects such as Weilanlingjingdian in Yangqu County (the second batch).
The announcement shows that in order to speed up the construction progress of the 14th Five-Year Plan for New Energy and realize the high-quality development of the new energy industry in Shanxi Province, the Shanxi Energy Bureau organized the municipal energy bureaus to sort out the wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects that were not actively invested by the project units before 2021 and could not be constructed. It is proposed to abolish 19 wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects with a total scale of 1.008 million kilowatts, such as Weilanlingjingdian in Yangqu County.
In order to speed up the construction progress of the 14th Five-Year Plan for New Energy and realize the high-quality development of the new energy industry in our province, our Bureau organized the municipal energy bureaus to sort out the wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects that were not actively invested by the project units and could not be constructed before 2021. Relevant prefectures and cities reported the list of projects to be abolished. After summarizing by our Bureau, 19 wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects with a total scale of 1.008 million kilowatts, such as Weilanlingjingdian in Yangqu County, are proposed to be abolished and are now publicized. If the relevant enterprises have any objection, please submit written opinions to the relevant Municipal Energy Bureau, and report to the Provincial Energy Bureau by the Municipal Energy Bureau within the publicity period (5 working days).
