Xianning, Hubei: Deepening the "Physical Examination" of Ready-Mixed Concrete Enterprises

Recently, the Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Xianning City, Hubei Province, organized the inspection of ready-mixed concrete (mortar) enterprises, thoroughly inspected the daily management, quality control, green production and safety production of enterprises, further consolidated the main responsibility of enterprises, and comprehensively investigated the hidden dangers of quality and safety in the industry, so as to ensure that the situation of safety production in the industry is stable and orderly.

The inspection is divided into three stages: self-examination and self-correction, inspection and inspection, and summary and analysis, which will last two months. Emphasis is laid on the inspection of daily management, quality control, green production and safety production of enterprises. The ready-mixed concrete to be delivered shall be sampled to form a test block for inspection. At the same time, it provides service guidance for enterprise quality control data and laboratory documents, requiring enterprises to further strengthen quality awareness, strictly carry out quality control in accordance with the requirements of national standards and norms, and fully implement the main responsibility of quality and safety.

Through this special inspection activity, the ready-mixed concrete enterprises are urged to further standardize their behavior, fulfill their quality and safety commitments, improve the quality of construction projects, and prevent the occurrence of quality accidents in construction projects.

Next, Xianning Housing and Construction Bureau will increase the frequency and intensity of spot checks on ready-mixed concrete enterprises, further implement the supervision responsibility of local industry authorities, compact the main responsibility of enterprises for safe production, comprehensively investigate and rectify hidden dangers, strictly control the quality and safety, and strive to provide a guarantee for the high-quality development of urban and rural housing construction in the city.
