On May 2, the multi-line ignition ceremony of 1200 tons of four kilns and one kiln was successfully held for the manufacturing base project of light and high transparent panels for solar energy equipment of Anhui Nanbo New Energy Material Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nanbo Group. The successful ignition of the four kilns marks the completion of the construction of the largest photovoltaic glass production base of CSG.
Anhui Nanbo New Energy Material Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Fengning Modern Industrial Park, Fengyang, Anhui Province, covering an area of about 1000 mu, with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan and a planned construction period of 2-3 years. It mainly constructs four 1200-ton multi-line production lines of light and high transparent panel substrates and deep processing for solar energy equipment, and produces 1.6-4.0mm light and high transparent panel substrates for solar energy equipment and coated and tempered deep processing products.
The project started construction in 2020, followed by the successful ignition of the first kiln on May 8, 2022. After that, two kilns and three kilns were successively put into production on August 18 and October 12 of the same year, and the last kiln was ignited and put into production on May 2.
With the ignition and commissioning of the four kilns, it is estimated that about 2300 jobs will be provided annually, with annual sales of about 5 billion yuan and annual profits and taxes of about 1 billion yuan.
