3 Duyun Shangfeng Southwest Cement 4000t/d Clinker Project is expected to be ignited and commissioned

It is planned to invest 1.8 billion yuan to build a production line with an annual output of 1.32 million tons of clinker (4000t/d) and 1.7 million tons of cement, as well as a production line with an annual output of 5 million tons of aggregate and 2 million cubic meters of commercial concrete. 4 Shuicheng Conch Cement 4000t/d Clinker Project is scheduled to be put into operation

Go all out to fight in the front line of the post, rush the construction period, grasp the progress, ensure the quality, and pay tribute to the "May Day" Labor Day with action.
Entering Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd., the construction project of cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons in the factory area is under orderly construction. Machines roar, tower cranes stand in great numbers, vehicles shuttle, workers dispatch and work in their respective posts, showing a working atmosphere of working hard and striving for the first place everywhere.
It is understood that the total investment of the cement clinker production line project with a daily output of 4000 tons is 810 million yuan, and a new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons is invested and expanded in the existing plant area, with an annual output of 2.2 million tons of cement grinding and 9 MW waste heat power generation system. After the project is put into operation, it will bring the annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons of cement clinker and 1.58 million tons of general Portland cement to Shuicheng Conch. After the
project is completed and put into operation, it will increase the annual output value by 410 million yuan, increase the annual tax of enterprises by 40 million yuan, promote employment of more than 60 people, strive to build a green, low-carbon and intelligent benchmarking enterprise in the industry, and accumulate momentum for the high-quality development of local economy and society.
It is reported that the project is scheduled to be put into operation at the end of May this year.
5 Sichuan Yadong Cement will upgrade

Sichuan Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. has built three cement production lines, with an annual output of 6 million tons of "Yangfang" cement.
In 2022, 25 million yuan will be invested to upgrade the flue gas denitrification system at the kiln tail of 2 # production line to achieve the A-level emission level. In 2023, more than 50 million yuan will be invested to upgrade the flue gas denitrification system at the kiln tail of 1 # and 3 # production lines. After the project is put into operation, the enterprise will fully reach the A-level emission level of performance. Wang Zhihua inspected the production and pollutant discharge of Line 3 # on the spot, and went to Line 2 # to check the deep treatment of nitrogen oxides.
