Recently, China Construction and Installation Group Sinochem Lianyungang Circular Economy Industrial Park Tank Area Phase II Project 120000 cubic meters of prestressed concrete low-temperature storage tank gas jacking operation was successful. The outer tank concrete structure of the 120,000m3 low-temperature storage tank, which has completed the gas lifting, has an inner diameter of 72 meters, a height of 50.44 meters, a rising height of about 37.7 meters, and a vault weight of 574 tons. It is a super-dangerous project. Dome climbing is also one of the key links with the most difficult, complex and risky construction of the storage tank.
"Now I announce that the second phase of the tank farm project of Lianyungang Circular Economy Industrial Park of Sinochem will start the gas jacking of 120000 cubic meters of prestressed concrete low-temperature storage tank!" As soon as the order was given, the outer tank vault and the inner ceiling with a total weight of about 574 tons rose slowly in the roar of three blowers. It took nearly 160 minutes. The vault and the pressure-bearing ring fit perfectly and were lifted in place smoothly at one time. The lifting dome is a steel structure dome. The blower is used to input low-pressure air into the closed storage tank. By using the principle of pressure difference between the closed space and the outside, the dome can rise smoothly along the predetermined track to the predetermined position on the top of the storage tank under the condition of overcoming its own weight and friction with the tank wall.
According to the introduction of the
project site, the engineering plant constructed by the project is an important infrastructure of Sinochem Lianyungang Industrial Park, including 80000 cubic meters of low-temperature propane/butane storage tank and 120000 cubic meters of low-temperature propane concrete storage tank. After completion, it will help to build a world-class petrochemical base and provide more solid strategic support for the high-quality development of Lianyungang and the acceleration of the new era of "coming first".
