Accompanied by the sound of sand and gravel aggregates rolling and colliding on the belt, the production line of Jiangshan Mine of Zhejiang Jiaogong Construction Industrialization Department under Zhejiang Communications Group completed the first batch of finished sand and gravel products into storage, which was achieved by the joint efforts of hundreds of on-site staff.

In the huge material bin, Liu Qiang, the person in charge of the production line of Jiangshan Mine, was bending down to pick up a few stones. He simply observed whether the size of the finished material was uniform and whether there was much soil attached to the sand and stone. Liu Qiang made a careful record in his notebook. Next, colleagues in the laboratory will take samples and make detailed analysis reports. From a wasteland entering Jiangshan Mine in August 2022 to the production line with trial operation conditions on March 24 this year, Liu Qiang is most concerned about whether the operation of the production line can bring qualified products.
This year is the fifth year of Liu Qiang's work in 1996. He is an "old master" who has been trained in the prefabricated components of Shaoxing Base of the Ministry of Business for three years. "Coming to the place where raw materials are produced, the strangeness of entering the industry strikes again, and there is no clue." Liu Qiang said. Even if the project leader arranges the work plan in detail, the moment when he really implements it, his hands and feet are still tied. The dense records in the notebook and the inverted plan every day are the proof that the layman walks into the door step by step. There are cross operations in the construction of
production lines and some civil engineering and plant construction. Seven workshops, more than 200 people are busy in their posts during the peak period, and it is a problem to communicate accurately with the people on their own work line. Liu Qiang and his staff formed a team of 14 people, mainly responsible for the construction of non-standard steel structures and the installation of main equipment, overcoming obstacles and keeping a close eye on the inverted schedule. Every debugging is to meet the design requirements, meet the output standards and meet the quality standards.
"In February, I visited a mature sand and gravel aggregate production line in Ningbo for a week. At that time, it had not been put into trial operation. It should be more fruitful to learn with specific problems." "Five problems have been found today, and five have been solved with manufacturers and colleagues. Tomorrow's operation should be focused on." Liu Qiang always keeps in touch with his master during his study on his mobile phone, and every day he goes to the scene several times to check leaks and fill vacancies with colleagues in various regions. "Although it is very hard, the production line is really on the right track step by step with my participation, which drives me to struggle and work harder." Liu Qiang said.

Gao Fengshou, 50, is a real "old master". He has been working in the equipment installation and maintenance industry for 32 years. When he receives a report of machine failure, he can properly solve the problem by considering three causes of failure at most.
The new equipment has just been put on line, and Gao Fengshou, the head of the maintenance team, is still cultivating feelings with them. Every morning, he takes a 10-kilogram wrench, a 5-kilogram hammer, and other scattered tools to form a 20-kilogram maintenance package to inspect the whole workshop. Knock the bolts one by one to check whether they are loose, observe whether the bearings of the equipment are excessively worn, and the ears can distinguish the abnormal noise in the roar of the machine. In order to optimize the production line to the greatest extent, Jiangshan Mine adopts a four-step layout of all kinds of equipment. It is not a problem to climb 20,000 steps a day. There is dust that can not be washed off in the fingernails and fingerprints of high harvest. "The monitor always has to take on more responsibilities and spend more holidays on his post." Gao Fengshou said with a smile. In the first few days of the
trial operation of the production line, the mud and dust of the finished products falling from the silo accounted for one third of the sand and gravel, which seriously affected the quality of the finished products. When Liu Qiang and other technicians have not yet debugged the temper of the production line, "Lao Gao" is their strongest foreign aid. After combing, they found that the sieve with a thick layer of dust was the source of the problem. "According to the production requirements, the caliber of the screen should be matched with how big the size, Lao Gao's experience is much faster than we try one by one." Liu Qiang said.
"To tell you the truth, I do what I have to do every day, and I think everyone here is like that." While talking about Gao Fengshou, he picked up the maintenance garbage at hand and classified the tools.
It is understood that the total investment of Jiangshan Mine Project is about 450 million yuan, the total land area of the processing production line is about 80 mu, and there are two aggregate production lines. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual output can reach 3.3 million tons. At the same time, the production line adopts intelligent management system, which integrates various data with computer network, centralized control management and remote monitoring, which can greatly reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency.
"According to the statistics of China Sandstone Association, the consumption of sand and gravel aggregate per kilometer of expressway is 54000 tons to 60000 tons, and the smooth operation of Jiangshan Mine will provide a solid guarantee for the supply of raw materials for sand and gravel aggregate in southwestern Zhejiang." Project manager Zheng Jian introduced. Up to now, more than 95% of the civil engineering and steel structure of Jiangshan Mine has been completed, and 16 sets of main equipment have been installed. Subsequently, Jiangshan Mine will further integrate and upgrade intelligent management, continuously focus on safety management and control, coordinate the development of green ecology, continuously promote cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and strive to achieve the target of producing 1.5 million tons of sand and gravel aggregates in 2023.
