Jingzhou Nengyao 4 × 1200t/d glass kiln sulfur, dust and nitrate integration project has been successfully put into operation, and all emission data are lower than requirements of the technical agreement, and better than emission standards of Hubei Province. Jingzhou Nengyao New Material Co., Ltd. is an outstanding backbone enterprise in the building materials industry in Hubei Province. It has four float glass production lines with a capacity of 2950 t/d, an annual output of 21.5 million standard heavy boxes and a photovoltaic glass sheet capacity of 4800 t/d. Finally, it was decided that the flue gas treatment system of glass kiln in 4 × 1200t/d aluminosilicate panel production line should adopt Longjing environmental protection technology of "high temperature dry desulfurization + catalyst ceramic fiber filter cartridge dust removal and denitrification integration".

It can not only realize the synergistic removal of dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, heavy metals, dioxins and other pollutants, solve the problems of catalyst blockage and poisoning, but also has many advantages such as low operation and maintenance costs, small floor area, less temperature loss and no corrosion of equipment. The China Environmental Protection Industry Association has unanimously confirmed that "the overall results have reached the international leading level". This technology has been successfully applied in more than 20 multi-pollutant synergistic removal projects in glass kilns, water glass kilns, biomass boilers and lime kilns, providing more reliable technical equipment support for non-electric flue gas treatment and pollution reduction and carbon reduction in China.
