After ignition and commissioning, the first piece of glass has been produced recently after 28 days of careful and stable kiln baking, and has formally entered the trial production stage. This is the seventh production line in Qibin, Zhangzhou, which has completed technical transformation after the four-line ignition was put into operation on January 11 this year. The output of the first piece of glass in the sixth line means that Qibin Group has successfully mastered the float production technology, which is conducive to the Group's entry into the high-end glass market at home and abroad.
It is reported that Zhangzhou Qibin Line 6 was ignited and formally put into use in July 2012. It adopts advanced domestic float glass new technology, new technology and many advanced technologies from the United States, France, Germany and other countries. The daily melting capacity is 800 tons, which can produce high-quality float glass with a thickness of 3-15 mm, with an annual output of about 5.6 million weight boxes.
After 10 years of operation, the company officially launched the six-line cold repair technology reform on July 31, 2022. The total investment of the project is 140 million yuan, and the designed kiln age is 10 years. On the basis of making full use of the original plant and supporting facilities, the original equipment and technology are upgraded in an all-round way to reach the advanced level of the same industry, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing emissions, saving energy and reducing consumption, improving product quality, improving market competitiveness and maximizing social and economic benefits.
