On August 31, Hainan Ruize New Building Materials Co., Ltd. issued a performance announcement for the first half of 2023. According to the

announcement, the operating income of Hainan Ruize in the first half of 2023 was 785 million yuan, down 21.68% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was -92.3014 million yuan, up 18.47% year-on-year; As at the end of the reporting period, the total assets of Hainan Ruize amounted to RMB4.324 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 4.94%.

At present, there are 10 commercial concrete mixing stations and 26 production lines in Hainan Province, with a design capacity of 7.8 million cubic meters, covering major cities and counties in Hainan Province, including Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai, Lingshui, Chengmai and Danzhou. The company's commercial concrete business occupies a high market share in Hainan Province.
