2023, Hongdao New Material Suzhou Production Base Phase II Photovoltaic Backplane Production Line was put into full operation!

On the basis of comprehensive upgrading and transformation of the original two production lines in Phase I, two modern coating production lines and four grid backplane production lines were added, and the production capacity was increased to 100 million m2/year.

Hongdao New Material Backplane Division will continue to provide high-performance and high-quality products and services for global component manufacturers.

Hongdao New Material was founded in September 2021 and is about to celebrate its second birthday. This is two years of continuous progress and leapfrogging. In March 2022, the first phase of the production base was completed, and in June, it became a qualified supplier of the leading domestic photovoltaic module factory. In April 2023, the second phase of the base construction was started, and in May, the Prea round of financing was completed.

In September, in addition to the production capacity of the new backplane production line, the new film production line and the new fluorine film production line of Hongdao Suzhou production base will be put into production one after another. It will better meet the diversified and high-standard product needs of downstream customers.

Hongdao Anhui Hefei Production Base has also signed a contract to start at the end of June. The photovoltaic packaging film production base of about 50000 square meters in the first phase will be completed and put into operation in 2024, which will realize a new pattern of dual-center linkage between Hefei and Suzhou!
