Recently, the Sichuan Cement Association issued the Notice of the Measures for the Management of Normal Peak Staggering Production in the Cement Industry of Sichuan Province. All 109 cement clinker production lines of 89 all-purpose cement enterprises in the province have implemented peak staggering production. The annual off-peak production benchmark days of
each cement clinker production line are 130 + X days, including 45 days in the first quarter, 30 days in the second quarter, 40 days in the third quarter and 15 days in the fourth quarter. Grade A enterprises shall implement 40% of the benchmark days of peak staggering production.
