30 August, Shandong Rushan Municipal People's Government website published "Rushan Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd. 1 million tons/year cement grinding station project pre-approval announcement" said that according to the "People's Republic of China Urban and Rural Planning Law", According to the Regulations on Urban and Rural Planning of Shandong Province, the planning and design scheme of the 1 million tons/year cement grinding station project of Rushan Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd. is now publicized before approval, and opinions and rights are solicited from the general public.

The project land is located at the north side of National Highway 308 in the northwest of Caojia Village, Yuli Town. The design scheme is shown in the figure. The announcement time is seven working days, the starting date is August 30, 2023, and the deadline is September 7, 2023.
