Southern Cement's First "New Energy Coal Replacement Project" Successfully Landed

Recently, Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Guangde Oberman Carbon Reduction Technology Co., Ltd. formally signed a contract, Southern Cement's first "new energy coal replacement project" successfully landed. Through

the cooperation of both parties, a set of gasification plant with a design capacity of 24 t/H will be built in Guangde South 5000t/d production line to produce new energy gas, and the gas production can reach more than 40000Nm3 /H. The calorific value of gas is about 2000 kJ/Nm3 . A gasification raw material pretreatment and storage and transportation center will be built outside the plant. The raw materials are mainly composed of rice stalks, furniture scraps, combustible general industrial solid wastes and building decoration wastes. Considering the working conditions and heat consumption of the system, the coal replacement rate of the project can reach 30% without affecting the safety, environmental protection, output and quality of the production line.

In recent years, Southern Cement has actively implemented the new development concept, integrated into the new development pattern, and continuously promoted the construction of new energy fuel substitution, firing, grinding energy efficiency improvement, new energy photovoltaic and other projects around the overall requirements of the state for carbon peak and carbon neutralization in the cement industry, so as to continuously accelerate regional transformation, upgrading and energy conservation. Improve the level of green and low-carbon development in an all-round way.
