Duyun Shangfeng Southwest Cement's production line with an annual output of 1.32 million tons of clinker and 1.7 million tons of cement is expected to be commissioned in late May.

On May 5, Zhou Zhilong, Vice Chairman of Qiannan CPPCC, led a team to Duyun Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. to conduct research and hold a symposium.

Duyun Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. is a key investment attraction project in Guizhou Province and Qiannan Prefecture. It plans to invest 1.8 billion yuan to build a production line with an annual output of 1.32 million tons of clinker and 1.7 million tons of cement. As well as the construction of 5 million tons/year aggregate and 2 million cubic meters/year commercial concrete production line, which is expected to be ignited and commissioned in late May, more than 130 local people have been recruited for employment.

Zhou Zhilong had a detailed understanding of the construction progress and staff size of Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. during the investigation. The research team conducted in-depth communication and exchanges with enterprise leaders on how to enhance the cultural connotation of Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. and open up transportation channels.

Zhou Zhilong fully affirmed that Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. had overcome various difficulties and actively promoted the project construction, and expressed his appreciation for Shabaobao Street's active follow-up service, active bridge role and advanced planning of development ideas. Zhou Zhilong stressed that Shabaobao Street should spare no effort to escort the development of enterprises, find out the current situation of enterprises in promoting rural revitalization, and provide strong data support for the follow-up development. The relevant functional departments of prefectures and municipalities should accurately meet the production needs of enterprises, strengthen communication and understanding, and promote project construction with high quality and efficiency. While giving full play to its own resource advantages, Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. should strengthen the training of relevant talents in Duyun City and open up the channel of "talent link" with Duyun City.

The CPPCC Proposal Committee, the State Road Transport Development Center, the Duyun Municipal Consultative Conference and the leaders of Shabaobao Street participated in the investigation and discussion.
