Ren Junhong, a member of the Party group and deputy director of the Bureau, interviewed the person in charge of a glass production enterprise about its environmental problems. Relevant responsible comrades of the Atmospheric Section of the Municipal Bureau, the Eco-environmental Sub-Bureau of the Economic Development Zone, the Municipal Eco-environmental Law Enforcement Detachment and the Municipal Eco-environmental Education Information Center attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the municipal ecological environment law enforcement detachment reported the environmental problems of a glass production enterprise. From January 1 to 2, 2023, the catalytic converter of a kiln denitrification device (in-use and standby) in the glass production enterprise was not repaired in time after it was blocked, and the construction of oxygen-enriched combustion facilities for the kiln and organic waste gas treatment facilities for the coating process of the glass deep processing workshop was slow. interview requires

the glass manufacturer to fully implement Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization, improve the standards of environmental protection work, coordinate the management of existing environmental problems, take comprehensive measures, formulate practical rectification plans, and complete the rectification within a time limit.

First, immediately optimize the process of standby pollution prevention and control facilities, do a good job of daily maintenance, ensure timely operation under emergency conditions and discharge pollutants up to the standard;

The second is to complete the oxygen-enriched combustion of furnaces and kilns as soon as possible, and the organic waste gas treatment facilities for the coating process of glass deep processing workshops, so as to reduce the amount of pollutants produced at the source and strengthen the end treatment capacity;

Thirdly, we should evaluate and demonstrate the contents of existing contingency plan, find loopholes, improve emergency measures under abnormal production conditions, and integrate the implementation measures of environmental protection facilities maintenance, environmental protection standby equipment switching, kiln and major production process parameter adjustment, and waste heat utilization system maintenance into the contingency plan. In daily production, pollution control facilities should be operated in accordance with the norms, maintenance plans should be formulated, and regular maintenance, maintenance and management should be carried out according to the plan to ensure that all kilns can meet the emission standards steadily.

The meeting required that

the Ecological Environment Sub-bureau of the Economic and Technological Development Zone should arrange personnel to be stationed in the factory to strengthen assistance and guidance for the rectification of enterprise problems; the Municipal Ecological Environment Law Enforcement Detachment should further strengthen law enforcement and supervision, keep a close eye on the data of automatic monitoring facilities of enterprises, and immediately conduct on-site verification if excessive emissions are found.

At the meeting, the person in charge of the glass production enterprise made a statement, expressing great importance, deep reflection, strengthening rectification and implementation. At the same time, we will immediately formulate a rectification plan and strengthen internal management to ensure the implementation of the rectification work and maintain the stable discharge of pollutants up to the standard.
