Lengshuijiang Company, located in Heqing Town, Lengshuijiang City, has a new dry-process cement production line of 4500 tons/day clinker , supporting a 9000 kilowatt pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project, adopting the world's advanced new decomposition technology outside the kiln. The application of technology and equipment with intellectual property rights is a key project of Loudi City's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", the largest project of Huaxin's construction in Hunan Province, and the environmental protection project of Lengshuijiang City's retreat from the city to the suburbs, which embodies the new industrial characteristics of high scientific and technological content, low resource consumption, low environmental pollution and maximum human resources.
Lengshuijiang Company continues to increase investment in infrastructure, management system, energy resources, products, environmental emissions and other aspects of the factory, and actively builds a model factory of circular economy. By using green building materials, the
company can optimize and reduce the internal energy consumption of the plant on the premise of meeting the production needs; establish an energy management system and organization, clarify the energy consumption target of each production line, and reduce the input of non-renewable energy; use waste heat to generate electricity to reduce coal consumption. In 2021, the unit consumption indicators of all products of Lengshuijiang Company met the requirements of the standard advanced value.
Promote green transformation, coordinate carbon reduction and pollution

In order to make full use of waste heat resources of cement kilns and improve the economic benefits of enterprises, the company has built a set of 9 MW primary flash, secondary and medium pressure double-inlet steam turbine power generation system. The superheated steam generated by the superheater of the waste heat boiler enters the steam turbine 118 through the electric isolating valve, the main throttle valve and the regulating valve to expand and work, and drives the generator to generate electricity, so as to make full use of the waste heat of the process production. To achieve the purpose
of saving energy and reducing energy consumption, the initial rainwater of "zero discharge"
of wastewater is collected and treated by sedimentation tank and then regularly reused for road watering and plant greening; Domestic sewage and all kinds of production wastewater will be treated by biological contact oxidation sewage treatment facilities in the plant area, and the effluent will be reused for plant greening and road watering after meeting the standard of urban greening reuse water, so as to realize "zero" discharge of wastewater. Comprehensive utilization
of
resources starts from the product design stage to consider the environmental impact of the whole process of product life cycle, and to minimize the environmental impact of products by improving the design. In the use of raw materials, on the one hand, the slag left over from mining is used to replace sandstone, which promotes the harmless disposal and resource utilization of industrial waste on the premise of ensuring product quality; on the other hand, a letter of intent for comprehensive utilization of solid waste has been signed with the power plant to comprehensively utilize the ash and gypsum of the power plant. adopts the decomposition technology outside the kiln to make the fuel combustion process and the raw material endothermic process proceed extremely rapidly in the suspension state at the same time, so that the decomposition rate of the materials entering the kiln reaches more than 90%.
