近日，市场监管总局发布了 2023年1月2日-1月8日无条件批准经营者集中案件列表。其中，中集世联达物流科技（集团）股份有限公司收购肇庆润庆航运有限公司股权案通过审批。参与集中的经营者涉及中集世联达物流科技（集团）股份有限公司，华润水泥（贵港）物流销售有限公司，肇庆市交通集团有限公司，肇庆润庆航运有限公司。
资料显示，肇庆润庆航运有限公司成立于2011年06月08日，注册地位于封开县长岗镇长岗工业园华润水泥(封开)有限公司港务综合楼首层A4室(仅供办公使用)，法定代表人为王秋觉。经营范围包括船舶运输咨询服务；广东省内河普通货船运输；建材销售；装卸搬运；国内货物运输代理。肇庆润庆航运有限公司由肇庆市交通集团有限公司占股51%，华润水泥(贵港)物流销售有限公司占股49%。
2014年4月17日，中纪委公布，华润集团原董事长、党委书记宋林涉嫌严重违纪违法接受组织调查。一周后，傅育宁临危受命，从招商局集团董事长任上空降华润集团。
