On January 10, Suzhou Shijing Science and Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the company and Ningguo Economic Development Management Committee had signed the Agreement on Investment Cooperation of High-efficiency Solar Cell Production Project on matters related to the company's investment in the construction of high-efficiency solar cell production project in Ningguo.
It is estimated that the total investment of the project will not exceed 11.2 billion yuan, including 9 billion yuan of fixed assets investment, and the annual output of 24 GW high-efficiency N-type single crystal TOPCon solar cell project will be constructed.
The project is divided into two phases, with a total investment of 7.5 billion yuan in the first phase, including 6.3 billion yuan in fixed assets, 518 mu in planned land area (based on actual measurement), 300000 square meters in total construction area, and an annual output of 18 GW high-efficiency N-type single crystal TOPCon solar cell project, which will start construction in April 2023. After the project is completed and put into operation in November 2023, it is estimated that the annual sales revenue will be about 20 billion yuan and the tax revenue will be more than 600 million yuan.
The second phase of the project with an annual output of 6G W high-efficiency N-type monocrystalline TOPCon solar cells will be constructed in due course after the completion of the first phase. This is the current agreement, which may be adjusted according to the actual construction progress, and does not constitute the company's performance commitment.
