On August 30, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited issued a notice on the change of executive director and president. It is shown in the

announcement. On August 29, 2023, CRCC received the written resignation report from Mr. Zhuang Shangbiao, an executive director and president. Mr. Zhuang Shangbiao applied to the board of directors of the Company to resign from the positions of executive director, president and chairman of the strategy and investment committee of the board of directors due to his age. After his resignation, Mr. Zhuang Shangbiao ceased to hold any position in the Company.
