Huaxin Cement Cambodia Company Mine Waste Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project Successfully Put into Production

Recently, the comprehensive utilization project of mine waste rock resources of Huaxin Cement Cambodia Company has been put into operation smoothly, which marks the further extension of the building materials product line of Huaxin Cambodia Industrial Park.

The project is the fourth product project of Huaxin Cement Cambodia Industrial Park after cement, packaging and concrete. It uses domestic mature technology and achievements to develop mine resources by dry process. The comprehensive utilization of low-calcium resources in the middle of the mine, which can not be used as cement raw materials, produces high-quality building gravel, which conforms to the green development concept of "safety, environmental protection, high quality, high efficiency and low consumption".

The project started construction in April 2023 and took four months to complete and put into operation. Among them, the preliminary design of the project, on-site three links and one leveling, steel silo hopper production, equipment installation, automation control and so on are all carried out independently by the factory's own staff, fully demonstrating the work style and practical ability of Huaxin people to overcome difficulties and dare to break through. After the project is put into operation, it will solve the problem of low-calcium waste rock pressure in the mine of Cambodia Company, and at the same time, it will use the existing factory logistics conditions and market resources to radiate the products to the surrounding areas, which has a strong market competitiveness in the local market.
