In order to practice the concept of "green, circular and low-carbon development" , Taiwan Cement Jurong Plant adheres to the main line of "environment-friendly and resource-saving" and comprehensively promotes the construction of green intelligent chemical plants . Jurong Plant invested 43 million yuan to carry out SCR denitrification ultra-low emission technology reform on the company's production line, effectively increase carbon emission reduction efforts, reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, and the project has been put into operation smoothly.
The project has been started since 2021, and the project adopts the "SNCR + SCR" mode. Through two stages of construction, the denitrification technical transformation of the production line has been completed one after another. After the completion of the project, the NOx emission control of the production line will be reduced from the standard of Jiangsu Province within 100mg/m ³ to ≤ 35mg/m ³, the friendly emission reduction will be ≤ 30mg/Nm ³, the reduction of nitrogen oxides will be about 120 tons per year, and the company's SCR denitrification emission standard has reached the international leading level.
In recent years, Taiwan Mud Jurong Factory has actively practiced the concept of "taking nature as the main body and social responsibility as the purpose", and continuously increased investment in environmental protection. More than 500 million yuan has been invested in the implementation of energy saving and consumption reduction, carbon reduction and pollution reduction, wharf treatment and biomass fuel substitution projects with ultra-low emission and second-generation cement kiln technology as the core, which has realized the balanced development of enterprise development, environmental protection and social benefits, and has contributed to the improvement of ecological environment quality and the promotion of construction of ecological civilization.
