The energy-saving and emission reduction technical renovation project of Taishan Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 5000 tons of clinker production line, undertaken by Tianjin Cement Institute, was successfully ignited at one time. The project adopts a large number of domestic cutting-edge new materials, new equipment and new technologies, including Sinowalk grate cooler and TRP220-160 roller press, aerogel thermal insulation material, grate cooler and kiln head cover prefabricated brick hanging technology, microcrystalline feeding tube, smoke chamber microcrystalline plate, permanent magnet variable frequency drive motor, etc. This is the first pilot project of Zhonglian Cement's five-to-six preheater with a daily output of 5000 tons, and also the key project of Taishan Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. for energy-saving and consumption-reducing production.
