Entrusted. At 10 o'clock on May 6, 2023, our company will hold a public auction for the following subject matter in the conference room on the 8th floor of Liuyang Urban and Rural Development Group Co., Ltd. (No.60, Renmin East Road, Liuyang City). The subject matter is as follows:
I. The qualification
of the bidder of the subject matter has independent legal personality. The business license is within the validity period, and the business scope contains relevant contents. Individuals and enterprises with bad credit investigation are not accepted to register (credit investigation certificate is required).
2. Description
of the special circumstances of the subject matter 1. The bidder's registration is regarded as the approval of the Contract for the Sale of Sand and Stone Resources in the Stockyard of Liuyang Xijiang Leishishan Mining Co., Ltd.
2. The buyer shall sign a contract with Liuyang Liufa Mining Development Co., Ltd. within one day of the auction and pay the total transaction price in one lump sum. In case of default, the bid margin will not be refunded and other claims will be reserved.
3. The Buyer shall send vehicles and excavators to the designated site for loading by itself. After loading and loading, the Buyer shall transport them away from the project site by itself. All safety responsibilities, legal responsibilities, local contradictions and other issues during loading and after leaving the project site shall be handled by the Buyer.
4. The buyer must extract all the sand and gravel resources and transport them out of the mine site within 30 days from the date of signing the contract.

3. Display time and place

4. As a special reminder
, the subject matter shall be auctioned as it is, and the auction company shall not be liable for the defect guarantee of the subject matter (type, quality, quantity, etc.). Interested bidders may go to the field for inspection (at their own expense), and those who fail to inspect or have no objection to the inspection shall be deemed to agree with the status quo and actual situation of the subject matter. Once the application for transfer is submitted and the transaction margin is submitted, it means that all the basic information of the subject matter is accepted, and it is deemed that all the contents involved in the subject matter have been carefully read and fully recognized, and that the status quo and defects of the subject matter have been fully understood and voluntarily accepted. Overdue or refusing to sign relevant documents, refusing to pay the transaction price, abandoning the transfer or returning the subject matter.
Overdue, refusal to sign the contract and refusal to pay the price shall be regarded as breach of contract, and the margin for breach of contract shall not be refunded, and other claims shall be reserved. The Buyer shall be responsible for handling relevant certificates and administrative approval in the course of production and operation.
5. Bidders who
intend to register for bidding shall remit the bid margin to the designated account of the auction company before 16:00 on May 5, 2023 (subject to the time of remittance of the bank receipt, except those who have not arrived after inquiry).
