It is understood that the concrete pouring of the main bridge bearing platform requires 1224 cubic meters of concrete, and the main pier on the bearing platform is 90 meters high, which will bear the load of the whole bridge after completion. "The main bridge is mainly constructed underwater, and the most important thing is to prevent water leakage, so the construction of the earth cofferdam on the side is the biggest difficulty," said Chen Junsan, the production manager of the
Doctor Bridge Project. It took us half a month to process all the earth cofferdams. Before the Spring Festival, after the concrete is poured here, the formwork should be removed, and the bottom should be backfilled to ensure that rainwater can not enter.
There are still more than ten days to go before the lunar new year. Before that, the project department planned and deployed reasonably, and each workstation was working in an orderly manner.
At present, the Doctor Bridge project has completed 30% of the image progress, and the pouring of the eighth couplet will be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
"In the first quarter of the New Year, the concrete pouring of the lower tower of the main bridge will be basically completed, and then several lower structures in the south of the Yangtze River will be completed, so that the subsequent steel structures can be constructed." Chen Junsan said.
