of Wuzhou City, the length of minable area is 17.68 kilometers, the total amount of annual sand and gravel mining control is 250,000 cubic meters, totaling 750,000 cubic meters in three years, and the reserves are mainly pebbles, combined with sand and gravel.
1. Basic information
(I) Sand and gravel reserves in the implementation section: According to the Sand Mining Plan of Guijiang River in Wuzhou City (2021-2025), the sand and gravel reserves in Wuzhou section of Guijiang River are mainly pebbles, combined with gravel, with a total reserve of 23.236 million cubic meters and a recoverable reserve of 9.742 million cubic meters. 55% is reserved, and the remaining 45% is exploited in 50 years. Considering the annual sediment supply, the annual exploitable amount is 250,000 cubic meters.
(II) Implementation scope: the main stream of Guijiang River within the jurisdiction of Wuzhou City.
(III) Implementation period: December 2022 to November 2025.
(IV) Operation mode: excavation and mining.
(V) Working time: 7: 30-12: 00, 14: 00-19: 00.
(Six) prohibit sand mining period.
1. The main flood season (from June to August) of the main stream of the Guijiang River within the jurisdiction of Wuzhou City;
2. When the navigable river reaches or is lower than designed lowest navigable water level of the waterway;
3. Other periods when sand mining is prohibited by laws and regulations.
2. Minable area length of the minable area of the main stream of the Guijiang River within the jurisdiction
of Wuzhou City is 17.68 kilometers. The total amount of annual sand and gravel mining control is 250,000 cubic meters, totaling 750,000 cubic meters in three years. The reserves are mainly pebbles, combined with sand and gravel.
Cangwu County:
(I) Sipeng mineable area, with a total length of about 3.14 km. The total amount of annual sand and gravel mining control is 45,000 cubic meters, totaling 135,000 cubic meters in three years. Up to one sand mining machine can be arranged;
(2) The total length of Shangfang mineable area is about 6.9 kilometers. The total annual sand and gravel mining control is 114,000 cubic meters, totaling 342,000 cubic meters in three years. Up to two sand mining machines can be arranged;
(3) Shangshe mineable area, with a total length of about 2.13 kilometers, the total annual sand and gravel mining control is 26000 cubic meters, totaling 78000 cubic meters in three years, and up to one sand mining machine can be arranged;
(4) The stone field can be mined, with a total length of about 1.4 kilometers. The total amount of annual sand and gravel mining control is 18000 cubic meters, totaling 54000 cubic meters in three years. Up to one sand mining machine can be arranged;
Changzhou District:
(V) Jinpo mineable area, with a total length of about 2.54 km. The total amount of annual sand and gravel mining control is 29,000 cubic meters, totaling 87,000 cubic meters in three years. At most one sand mining machine can be arranged;
(6) Dongge mineable area, with a total length of about 0.85 kilometers, the total annual sand and gravel mining control is 10000 cubic meters, totaling 30000 cubic meters in three years, and up to one sand mining machine can be arranged;
(7) The total length of the flat stone mining area is about 0.72 kilometers. The total amount of annual sand and gravel mining control is 8,000 cubic meters, totaling 24,000 cubic meters in three years. At most one sand mining machine can be arranged.
3. Prohibited sand mining areas
shall be determined according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state and autonomous regions, the Guijiang River Sand Mining Plan of Wuzhou City (2021-2025) and the actual situation of other changes in river-crossing policies. The prohibited mining areas of the main stream of Guijiang River in our city are: all river sections except Sipeng mineable area, Shangfang mineable area, Shangshe mineable area, Shitian mineable area, Jinpo mineable area, Dongge mineable area and Pingshi mineable area.
