On August 4 , the People's Government of Guangnan County, Yunnan Province, issued the Announcement of Market-oriented Preferred Investors for the Development and Construction of Rural Roof Distributed Photovoltaic Projects in Guangnan County. At that time, the announcement showed that the bidding project covered the roofs of farmers in 18 townships (towns) of the county, with a planned capacity of 147000 kilowatts. The project planning resources are required to be allocated to the survey, demonstration, project planning, investment, construction and operation of distributed photovoltaic resources on rural roofs in three districts.
On August 18 , the Guangnan County People's Government announced that on the 15th, when organizing an expert group review, it found that there were irregularities in the selection work and terminated the selection. Only two days later, on August 20 , the new announcement was announced, which showed that the bidding scope was still the roofs of farmers in 18 townships (towns) of the county, with a planned capacity of 147000 kilowatts.
