Recently, the largest group of super high-rise buildings under construction in Shandong Province, Jinan Olympic Sports East No.12 and No.16 Development Projects A, B, C and D, which are mainly supplied by China Construction Western Construction Xinjiang Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Jinan Area), have all been capped. Up to now, Jinan Area has supplied 104,000 cubic meters of concrete to the project in time.
In order to ensure the smooth construction of the four single high-rise projects, the backbone of each department of Jinan Regional Organization has scientifically planned and formulated a complete production and supply plan according to the construction requirements of the project. Starting from the first concrete production, the personnel of each post follow up the concrete construction situation throughout the whole process, and the customer service, quality inspection and dispatching cooperate closely and coordinate with each other. Faced with the difficulties of super-high-rise concrete pouring construction and high technical requirements, the technicians use conduit and self-compacting concrete to solve the problems of high pouring height and discrete concrete, and optimize the adjustment. To ensure that the concrete collapse time meets 3-4 hours, the homogeneity of the concrete mixture is good, which meets the technical requirements of the project construction, ensures the smooth capping of the project, and is highly appraised by the project side.
It is reported that the construction land of Jinan Olympic Sports East Development Project is about 151 mu, with a total construction area of about 830000 square meters, of which the heights of A, B, C and D buildings are 215 meters, 190 meters, 147 meters and 147 meters respectively, which is the largest group of super high-rise projects under construction in Shandong Province. After the completion of the project, it will become an ecological financial city adjacent to Jinan Olympic Sports Center.
