On April 26, the single-day production and sales volume of sand and gravel aggregates in Tongliang Mine of Chongqing Construction Company of China Electric Power Construction reached 21000 tons, which refreshed the highest single-day production and sales record since the first production line of sand and gravel aggregates with an annual output of 7.5 million tons was put into operation in Tongliang Mine.
It is understood that Tongliang Mine Project is located in the bridgehead of Chongqing's "westward" main urban area and the core area of Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle, with a total investment of about 7.210 billion yuan, including two sub-project packages A and B. Among them, Package A is the infrastructure construction project for the integration of production and city in the independent industrial and mining area of Tongliang District, with a planned investment of 4.906 billion yuan; Package B is the mining, processing, marketing and ecological restoration of limestone for building stones, with an annual production of 7.5 million tons of sand and gravel aggregates, with a planned investment of 2.304 billion yuan. 2021, several companies under China Power Construction, Chongqing Guixi Eco-environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Tongliang Jinlong City Construction and Development Group jointly established China Power Construction Chongqing Construction and Development Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. At the end of October
2021, the construction of the aggregate production line with an annual output of 7.5 million tons began. In July
2022, the production line of the project has been completed and started trial production.

2023, Tongliang Project has overcome the internal and external unfavorable factors such as difficulty in requisition and demolition, continuous rainfall and poor external traffic conditions, promoted the market layout in a down-to-earth manner, continuously strengthened the linkage mechanism between production and marketing, and realized the benign interaction between production and marketing. At the same time, it continuously optimizes the production process, improves product quality, and establishes a comprehensive scheduling mechanism combined with intelligent sales system and product delivery system to ensure customer transport vehicles, product production and internal information scheduling. The daily production and sales exceeded 20000 tons, which laid a solid foundation for Tongliang Mine to speed up the construction of a new benchmark for sand and gravel aggregate projects in Southwest China and continuously enhance the brand influence of "power construction sand and gravel".
