Recently, Shangsi Ecological Environment Bureau of Fangchenggang City, Guangxi announced the environmental impact assessment of Deli Mining's aggregate project with an annual output of 4.7 million tons. The project is located in Nongyan Mountain, Baiding Village, Fozi Village, Miao Town, Shangsi County, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi, and does not involve mining. Its raw materials rely on the limestone mine of Deli Mining. The raw materials are transported to the processing area by vehicles and then directly unloaded into the unloading pit of the crusher. There is no raw material yard in the site.

In addition, the project has three crushing system production lines, the production process adopts three-stage crushing and three-stage screening system, and there is no transfer building. The whole production system adopts a closed design except that the discharge port is semi-closed. The main construction contents include crushing workshop, finished product workshop, office and living area, open-air finished product yard and road hardening. After the completion of the project, 4.7 million tons of building aggregates will be processed annually.

It is reported that the crushing and screening settings of the project are mainly that the limestone ore is sent to the jaw crusher below by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, then to the primary screening, to screen out the soil mixed in the ore, and then to the impact crusher for secondary crus ing after the primary screening, and to the materials after the secondary crushing. Crushing and sieving equipment is arranged into a closed structure, a belt conveyor is transported in a closed manner, a spraying device is arranged at a crushing and sieving feed inlet, dust collectors are respectively arranged above a feeding port, a discharge port and a sieving machine of a crusher on a production line to collect dust, and after the dust generated in the processes of feeding, crushing and sieving is treated by the equipment which is arranged into the closed structure and the spraying device, The remaining dust is collected by the dust hood, treated by the bag-type dust collector, and finally discharged through the exhaust funnel.
