On July 5, 2022, China Electric Power Construction New Materials (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. won the mining right of the first development phase of the mine with 1.61 billion yuan. The mining area is divided into three phases, with an overall planned area of 21.08 square kilometers, an estimated total resource of 1.68 billion square meters, a preliminary planned annual capacity of 40 million square meters, and a supporting port terminal of 105 million tons per year. It is planned to build the open pit into an industrial park after the exploitation of the first, second and third development phases.
