On August 28, Baichuan Changyin announced that the company intends to sign the "High Efficiency Heterojunction Battery Project Cooperation Agreement" with the Management Committee of Moganshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. The fixed assets investment of the project with an annual output of 4GW high-efficiency heterojunction batteries is about 1.4 billion yuan (the final total investment is based on the actual investment amount), and eight high-efficiency heterojunction battery production lines are constructed . After the completion of the project, the project subsidiary will have an annual production capacity of 4GW high-efficiency heterojunction batteries. The project will be constructed in two phases, with 2GW in the first phase. The investment amount is about 800 million yuan . Zhejiang Baichuan Changyin New Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company established in Huzhou Moganshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, is the main investor of this project.
