Recently, the project of Jintang Dongaoshan Building Stone Mine in Zhoushan City, China Gezhouba No.1 Company, has passed the acceptance of the basic digital mine organized by the Institute of Green Development of Mining Industry of Zhejiang Geological Institute, Zhejiang Natural Reso urces Department and Zhoushan Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and has become the first mine in Zhejiang Province to pass the acceptance of the basic digital mine. It provides a demonstration sample for promoting the digital transformation of mines in Zhejiang Province.
According to the China Sandstone Association, in June 2021, China Gezhouba Group First Engineering Co., Ltd. won the mining right of the project with 1.037 billion yuan. The mining right is located in Xinfeng Village and Haigang Village, Jintang Town, Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, with superior geographical location. The mining mineral is building stone (tuff), with a resource reserve of 8.6503 million cubic meters and an annual production scale of 8.6 million tons (6.2 million tons of gravel, 2.2 million tons of machine-made sand and 200,000 tons of stone powder).
The project mainly includes the construction and operation of sand and gravel aggregate production system, mine development and reclamation, and the construction of temporary shipping wharf. The shipping conditions of the project are superior. The shipping distance between the project and Beilun Port in Ningbo is only 3.5 kilometers, and the shipping distance to Huangpujiang Port in Shanghai is about 100 nautical miles. After the project is put into operation, it will further alleviate the shortage of supply of aggregate building materials in the Yangtze River Delta region and help regional economic and social development. 2022, Zhoushan East Aoshan Construction Stone Mine Project started the basic digital construction. In the process of digitalization construction, Gezhouba Zhejiang Mining Development Co., Ltd. focuses on the demand, strengthens the application, combines the requirements of project management and basic digitalization "142" system, constructs two platforms of data integration and scene application, realizes the integration of safety production, environmental monitoring and other businesses, and realizes the integration of safety production and environmental monitoring. The visual, dynamic and intelligent management of mining, transportation, processing and sales has effectively improved the level of project safety production and compliance management, and injected new momentum into the project to reduce costs and increase efficiency. 2023, the sand and gravel aggregate of East Aoshan Wharf in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province was imported into the cabin through the underground corridor and the ship loader, marking that the sand and gravel aggregate sales business of Zhoushan Branch of China Gezhouba No.1 Company officially opened a new journey of sea transportation.
It is reported that all production mines in Zhejiang Province need to carry out digital construction. Among them, large underground mines with a remaining service life of more than 5 years and large open-pit mines (1 million tons/year of construction stone ore) with mining minerals of construction stone, limestone and pyrophyllite need to carry out intelligent green mine construction.
Intelligent green mine construction should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "164" system, that is, to build a three-dimensional geological twin model, cross-border mining early warning, intelligent truck scheduling, omni-directional video surveillance, real-time dust monitoring, real-time positioning of personnel and vehicles, and automatic intelligent ore blending. Data integration, decision service, intelligent control and scenario application.
Other production mines need to carry out basic digital construction and encourage the construction of intelligent green mines. Other production mines whose mining licenses expire before the end of 2023 can carry out construction according to the requirements of basic digitalization;
Basic digitalization should be constructed according to the requirements of "142" system, that is, to build a three-dimensional geological model, four systems of cross-border mining early warning, omni-directional video surveillance, real-time dust monitoring and real-time positioning and tracking of personnel and vehicles, and two platforms of data integration and scene application.
In addition to the pilot project of intelligent green mine construction, production mines should formulate a basic digital construction plan by the end of October 2022, report it to the county (city, district) natural resources authorities where they are located, and complete the construction task by the end of September 2023. By the end of October 2023, the competent departments of natural resources of the counties (cities and districts) shall organize the acceptance of the basic digital construction of mines within their jurisdiction, and the competent departments of natural resources of the districts and cities shall summarize and report to the Department of Natural Resources of Zhejiang Province.
