Recently, the project of Jintang Dongaoshan Building Stone Mine in Zhoushan City, China Gezhouba No.1 Company, has passed the acceptance of the basic digital mine organized by the Institute of Green Development of Mining Industry of Zhejiang Geological Institute, Zhejiang Natural Reso urces Department and Zhoushan Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and has become the first mine in Zhejiang Province to pass the acceptance of the basic digital mine. According to the China Sandstone Association, in June 2021, China Gezhouba Group First Engineering Co., Ltd. won the mining right of the project with 1.037 billion yuan. The mining right is located in Xinfeng Village and Haigang Village, Jintang Town, Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, with superior geographical location. The mining mineral is building stone (tuff), with a resource reserve of 8.6503 million cubic meters and an annual production scale of 8.6 million tons (6.2 million tons of gravel, 2.2 million tons of machine-made sand and 200,000 tons of stone powder).

The project mainly includes the construction and operation of sand and gravel aggregate production system, mine development and reclamation, and the construction of temporary shipping wharf. The shipping conditions of the project are superior. The shipping distance between the project and Beilun Port in Ningbo is only 3.5 kilometers, and the shipping distance to Huangpujiang Port in Shanghai is about 100 nautical miles.
