The replacement ratio is not less than 1.25! Zhejiang Province issued detailed rules for the implementation of capacity replacement in the cement and glass industry!

On April 27, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province issued the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Iron and Steel Industry of Zhejiang Province and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Zhejiang Province, which show that the replacement ratio of the withdrawal capacity of general cement clinker to the construction capacity is not less than 2:1. The replacement ratio of flat glass production capacity withdrawn and construction capacity shall not be less than 1.25: 1. Photovoltaic rolled glass projects may not formulate capacity replacement schemes, but they should establish a state-prescribed capacity risk early warning mechanism, stipulating that new projects should be held by national industry organizations or intermediaries entrusted by the Provincial Economic and Credit Department.
