In the workshop of Tangshan Jidong Qixin Cement Co., Ltd. Cement Kiln Co-processing Integrated Solid Waste and Waste Heat Power Generation Recycling Industry Project, grab drivers and colleagues are busy working. Truckloads of domestic garbage are transported here by garbage compression trucks, and the grab machine transports the fermented garbage into the incinerator, which is converted into clean electricity through energy conversion, thus turning waste into treasure.
It is understood that the project was successfully put into operation on October 20, 2022. It is the first cement kiln collaborative garbage power generation production line in China, and will obtain the national patent certificate in the near future. Compared with the existing waste disposal methods, the project will make full use of the waste residue, waste water and waste gas produced in the process of waste disposal. The waste residue is used for cement raw material batching; the waste water is used for industrial circulating production after treatment; and the waste gas is used as clinker after cooling or directly enters a cement kiln system to generate stable clinker minerals. Based on the annual treatment of 120000 tons of garbage, the project can reduce the emission of 640 million cubic meters compared with the traditional garbage incineration power generation, including 19.44 tons of sulfur dioxide, 58.32 tons of nitrogen oxides, 12.96 tons of dust and 32.4 tons of hydrogen chloride.
"The project adopts the production line of integrated solid waste, off-line incinerator, waste heat power generation and cement kiln, which is the first one in China. It not only realizes the harmless, resource and reduction treatment of integrated solid waste, but also improves the energy structure of enterprises, reduces carbon emissions, and generates considerable economic benefits through power generation." Tang Hefeng, the company's project manager, said.
This year, Guye District plans to implement 114 key projects with a total investment of 75.6 billion yuan. At present, 53 of the 71 new and renewal projects have been resumed. Aiming at improving energy efficiency, taking enterprises as the main body of construction, focusing on cleaner production process, low-carbon energy utilization, green manufacturing process and resource utilization of waste, the region guides enterprises to strengthen the popularization and application of energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, processes and equipment, and provides specialized energy-saving and water-saving diagnosis and consultation for enterprises. Promote the level of green development. At present, the region has three national green factories, four provincial green factories and one green supply chain management enterprise.
