Recently, Ding Jiufei, deputy director of the Office of Mineral Resources Supervision and Administration of Nanzhang County, Hubei Province, led an inspection team to Taihu County to study sand and gravel management.
The inspection team went to the sand mining site in Tashan section of Xincang Town to get a detailed understanding of the sand and gravel production and resource management in Taihu County through on-the-spot inspection and on-site exchanges. At the
symposium, the principal responsible person of Taihu County Sandstone Management Station made a detailed introduction on the management of sand and gravel resources in Taihu County, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the key and difficult problems and solutions in the process of sand and gravel resources management. The inspection team highly evaluated the outstanding achievements in sand and gravel management in Taihu County, and believed that the sand and gravel management in the two places was similar, and they would learn from the successful experience and typical practices in sand and gravel management in Taihu County. The two sides expressed that they would further strengthen communication and exchanges between the two places, learn from each other, and jointly improve the level of sand and gravel management.
