公告称，由于泰鑫煤业近几年均为亏损，考虑公司本次收购资金成本， 加之公司后续尚需就股权收购有关事项与相关方进行进一步了解和协商，经过审慎考虑，公司决定终止本次收购鸡西泰鑫煤业有限公司股权事宜。
