On December 17, Zhang Enhui, Standing Committee of Jilin Provincial Committee and Secretary of Changchun Municipal Committee, met with Zheng Xuexuan, Chairman of China Construction Group, Zhou Yuxian, Chairman of China Building Materials Group and Chairman and General Manager of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd., respectively, who attended the World Cold Ice and Snow Economic Conference and the Central-Local Cooperation Forum. Chen Yinglong, chairman of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holding Co., Ltd., and other comrades in charge of central enterprises. Mayor Wang Zilian attended the meeting with China Building Materials Group. During the
meeting, Zhang Enhui, on behalf of the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, thanked the central enterprises for their long-term strong support for Changchun's development. He pointed out that Changchun is now in a critical period of comprehensive revitalization, and we should earnestly study and implement the spirit of the important speeches made by the 20th National Congress of the CPC and General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Symposium on promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era, implement the high-quality development strategy of "one main body, six pairs" of the provincial Party committee, and implement the new breakthrough of Changchun's comprehensive revitalization in three years. We will speed up the construction of a modern industrial system of "three transformations, four strong and seven new" and strive to find a new way of high-quality development and sustainable revitalization. It is hoped that the central enterprises will base themselves on their own advantages, innovate the cooperation mode between the central and local governments, focus on scientific and technological innovation, urban renewal, green building materials, modern agriculture, biomedicine and health, increase the investment layout in the long term, promote the gathering of industries, technologies and talents to Changchun, help the integration and development of the central and local governments, and work together to promote the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era in a mutually beneficial and win-win way. attending the meeting unanimously expressed that Changchun has a good resource endowment and business environment, and has great potential for development. They will strengthen communication and docking, identify the entry point and combination point of cooperation, and plan more projects to contribute to the revitalization of Changchun.
