In order to comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of bankruptcy cases and optimize the business environment of port legalization, the court of Erlianhot City, Inner Mongolia, held a meeting to promote the bankruptcy cases of Taigao Cement on January 4. The Secretary of the Party Group, President Geriletu, members of the Party Group and members of the collegial panel of bankruptcy cases, administrators of bankruptcy cases and creditors attended the meeting.
The meeting heard the progress of the bankruptcy case management team of Erlian Taigao Cement Co., Ltd., and the participants analyzed and judged the progress of the bankruptcy case, the next work plan, the difficulties encountered and the solutions, and put forward suggestions.
The meeting pointed out that we should attach great importance to the trial of bankruptcy cases, fully recognize the importance of the conclusion of bankruptcy cases for optimizing and improving the business environment, and strictly implement the arrangement and deployment of the liquidation of bankruptcy cases in higher courts. The working time of bankruptcy cases is tight and the task is heavy, so it is necessary to further refine the work links, improve the level of bankruptcy trial informatization, and make every effort to ensure the steady progress of the next hearing of Taigao Cement bankruptcy cases, so as to ensure seamless convergence of all links. We should constantly improve the linkage mechanism between the government and the court in the practice of bankruptcy trial, find and summarize the problems and obstacles in bankruptcy disposal, strengthen multi-sectoral collaboration, strengthen risk provention and control, jointly promote the standardized and efficient operation of bankruptcy cases, better maintain market economic order, and escort the high-quality development of port economy and society.
