. Binhai Interchange of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway connects Yongzhou Expressway, occupying 613.03 mu of sea area. It consists of main line bridge, 4 widening bridges and 8 ramp bridges. It is in the shape of cloverleaf, with a total length of 9705 meters. There are 1027 pile foundations, 169 pile caps and 636 piers, which is the largest marine interchange hub in Asia at present. The complex geological structure of the sea area, together with the involvement of oil pipelines, Xinao gas, 500 kilovolt submarine cables and other submarine pipelines, has brought many challenges to the construction. During the construction of coastal interchange

of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, in order to solve the problem of pipeline positioning, they asked "frogmen" to dive and arrange to determine the exact location of each pipeline and remove the "time bomb" on the seabed. In order to successfully insert the steel casing into the hard broken rock stratum, they changed more than 50 tons of hydraulic vibration hammer into 120 tons of hydraulic vibration hammer, and forcibly inserted the steel casing to a depth of 37 meters with super vibration force. In order to solve the geological drilling problems of hard broken rock and mudstone, they solved the drilling problems by changing the drill bit frequently and sharpening the "teeth" of the drill bit, and completed the construction of the main line pile foundation on November 23, 2021. Because of the wading operation at sea, in order to reduce the cost and speed up the construction progress, they adopted the high-pile cap technology, through welding the "bracket" on the steel casing of the pile foundation and installing the precast concrete floor, cancelled the steel cofferdam in the water and the bottom sealing process of the cap. At the same time, the steel formwork of the bearing platform will be increased to 19 sets, and all the construction of the bearing platform will be completed on December 19, 2022.

In order to ensure the processing quality of pier reinforcement cages, they built five large reinforcement processing sheds on the steel trestle, assembled the semi-finished products made in the workshop, and formed more than 20 tons of vase-shaped reinforcement cages at one time. In order to speed up the construction progress of pier columns, according to the fact that the turnover of moulds is fast and the consumption is large, they added six sets of pier body moulds, and actively carried out labor competitions, constantly setting off a great upsurge of work. Piers sprang up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, rising from the sea, making the beautiful scenery of Ningbo Bay, a "long dragon lying on the waves", appear day by day.

of the last pier, the girder erection of the interchange main line bridge has been completed, 27% of the steel box girder erection of 8 ramp bridges constructed by the 15th Bureau of China Railway has been completed, and all girder erection tasks are planned to be completed by the end of July 2023. The

Ningbo section of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway will be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2023, which will greatly shorten the space-time distance between the southern wing of the Yangtze River Delta and Shanghai, Jiangsu and other provinces and cities, and greatly facilitate the high-speed travel of citizens along the Hangzhou Bay, especially in the western part of Yuyao and the northern part of Cixi. It is of great significance to improve the national highway network and the construction of the collection and distribution network of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, and to promote the economic development of Zhejiang Province.
