Xinjiang Tianye released its semi-annual report for 2023. During the reporting period, the company realized operating income of 5.922 billion yuan, down 25.78% from the same period last year. The net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 588 million yuan. The net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is 347 million yuan. Basic loss per share was 0.34 yuan. During the

reporting period, the company transferred 38.91% shares of Tianye Water Saving and withdrew from the agricultural water saving industry; Tianchen Chemical has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, adding 450000 tons/year PVC resin, 320000 tons/year caustic soda, 790000 tons/year calcium carbide and 1.3 million tons/year cement production capacity. Increase the industrial chain scale of "self-provided power → calcium carbide → PVC resin and by-products → cement made from calcium carbide slag and other wastes" integrated industrial linkage green environmental protection circular economy, and become a PVC production enterprise with complete supporting facilities and complete product models for chlor-alkali chemical industrialization in China, which has certain scale advantages and industry competitiveness.
