On August 24, China Huadian Group Co., Ltd. and Jingao Science and Technology Co., Ltd. signed a deepening strategic cooperation agreement at Huadian Headquarters. Jiang Yi, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Huadian Corporation, and Jin Baofang, Chairman of Jingao Technology, attended the signing ceremony. Wu Jingkai, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy general manager of China Huadian, and Yang Aiqing, rotating president of Jingao Science and Technology, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides.
According to the agreement, the two sides will deepen cooperation in clean energy base construction, scientific and technological innovation, overseas business and asset development, establish a normal communication mechanism, and jointly contribute to energy security, green and efficient development. Before the
signing ceremony, the two sides held friendly talks. Jiang Yi welcomed Jin Baofang and his delegation and introduced the overall situation and future planning of China Huadian's green and high-quality development. Jiang Yi pointed out that China Huadian actively implements the new national energy security strategy, vigorously promotes the green low-carbon transformation, speeds up the layout of large-scale clean energy base, offshore wind power, wind, solar and water multi-energy complementary base, and helps to build a new power system. China Huadian and Jingao have a long history of scientific and technological cooperation.
