Ma Yinfeng said that at present, the company has built seven production bases in Chengdu, Sichuan, Ruichang, Jiangxi, Handan, Heilongjiang, Jiamusi, Germany, Korea and Bengbu, Anhui. Zhuzhou in Hunan, Puyang in Henan, Dingxi in Gansu, Xuzhou in Jiangsu, Meishan in Sichuan and other bases are under construction. By 2024, the company's production capacity of cadmium telluride and copper indium gallium selenide thin film modules will reach 1GW.
In the field of BIPV, the company has built a number of BIPV field projects relying on cadmium telluride thin film power generation glass, including Shanghai Triumph Robot Research and Development Center, Bengbu Free Trade Building, Nanjing Jiangning District Data Center, etc., which fully verifies the beauty and reliability of cadmium telluride in BIPV.
In recent years, green energy-saving buildings have become a new direction in the field of construction vigorously developed by the country. In the era of comprehensive photovoltaic subsidy, the policy subsidy support for BIPV has just begun. At present, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other more than 13 places have clear subsidies for the construction of BIPV green buildings. Taking Shenzhen as an example, Shenzhen BIPV grid-connected power generation projects currently provide 0.1-0.36 yuan/kWh subsidies and 0.4 yuan/kWh subsidies for thin film systems. This will greatly enhance the popularity of BIPV.
According to the calculation of Societe Generale Securities, the total potential of BIPV installed capacity of existing buildings in China is about 1500-2000 GW, and the corresponding market size is about 7.5-10 trillion yuan. BIPV ushered in a trillion blue ocean market. During the
