After 47 rounds of bidding, the No.2 bidder, Fujian Minjiang Sand and Stone Industrial Co., Ltd., won the highest bid of 11 million yuan, with a premium of 6.5 million yuan, a premium rate of 244%, and a unit price of 14 yuan per cubic meter.
This auction is Minqing County's implementation of the spirit of documents such as "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Mineral Resources in Fujian Province" and "Opinions of Fujian Natural Resources Department on Implementing and Promoting the Reform of Mineral Resources Management (Trial Implementation)" (Fujian Natural Resources Development [2020] 81), which not only makes full use of resources, but also makes full use of them.
