auction is the sand, stone and soil resources involved in the site leveling of Minqing Green Building Industrial Park, involving a total of 1.013 million cubic meters of sand, stone and soil resources, of which 785,300 cubic meters are available, with a starting price of 4.5 million yuan. After 47 rounds of bidding, the No.2 bidder, Fujian Minjiang Sand and Stone Industrial Co., Ltd., won the highest bid of 11 million yuan, with a premium of 6.5 million yuan, a premium rate of 244%, and a unit price of 14 yuan per cubic meter.
This auction is Minqing County's implementation of the spirit of documents such as "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Mineral Resources in Fujian Province" and "Opinions of Fujian Natural Resources Department on Implementing and Promoting the Reform of Mineral Resources Management (Trial Implementation)" (Fujian Natural Resources Development [2020] 81), which not only makes full use of resources, but also makes full use of them.
